The palace was built in 1999 and now it is the biggest in the country. The palace provides facilities for skating, figure skating for kids and adults, dancing, hockey, aerobics and fitness centers. The palace is used by Minsk hockey club "Keramin" and helps to train future sport stars from juvenile sport schools.
